Alaskan Cruise and a dessert

 Aunt Jean and Uncle Jim from Nebraska took a cruise to Alaska and it ports out of Seattle.  So a few days before we had them over for dinner and dessert and had such a wonderful night of talking.  The last time I had Seen my Aunt was when she happened to be in town and I had happen to have Carter.

Carter loved seeing the big Boat as he called it.  Then after we went to this great local place called Iver's.  It is a must when you come.

This piece of delight is called "Ice cream sand which sundae"
Oh man it works this is what you do and how to do it.

8x8 pan
12 ice cream sandwhiches
bag of any candy ( reeses, skor..)
cool whip
carmel syrup (or chocolate)

Cut the sandwhiches in half and lay them in your 8x8 pan.  4 across, 4 down
then carmel syrup then add cool whip then I cut the peanut butter cups in little pieces.
then add your second layer of ice cream then cool whip, candy and then the carmel sauce on top.  It is so yummy.

Watch out family that is coming to see us we are having this one night.
