Alki Beach and an Invitation
the above pictures are of Carter at Alki Beach. It is the actual ocean. But what is so great about it is it has such a low tide for most of the day that crab and jelly fish, clams wash up in little puddles all along the beach. Kids love to explore and see what they can find. The first picture has all of this seaweed and plants that are covered by the water when the tide comes in. It is so gross to walk on. Bring shoes!!!
How cute are they! It gets cold at night...which I love. This and the two below were taken at a fmailies house in the ward. We were invited to hear a band and then watch a movie outside on a projector. We had a great time and got to meet afew more people. Carter loved playing with the other kids on the trampoline. We also had been talking to this gal named jen and she looked so firmiliar that I finally looked at Chris and said "She looks like Holly" and Jen said " Holly who" I then said Holly Egan. She screamed and said "no way she is my sister" It was so great to talk with her and have our dear Holly in common.
We are finally getting to know a few more people. It makes it easier to smile and really enjoy things a little bit better.
